Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Voysera websites and products operated by Voysera W.L.L (“Voysera”, “we”, “us”). By using Voysera you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Voysera provides software for AI voice agents (phone and web realtime conversations, campaigns, analytics, and operator tooling) and messaging (Voysera Chat / Meta Instagram and WhatsApp integrations, plus website chat). Features may change as we improve the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization. You must be authorized to connect phone numbers, SIP trunks, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business numbers, and other channels you attach to Voysera.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Voysera for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive calls or messages.
• Comply with Meta, telecom carrier, and applicable marketing/consent laws for outbound calls and messages (including Do-Not-Call and opt-in rules where they apply).
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

4. Customer content

You retain rights to content you submit (prompts, knowledge bases, recordings, transcripts, messages). You grant Voysera a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to process end-customer communications through Voysera.

5. Third-party platforms

Integrations with Meta, LiveKit, cloud providers, telephony carriers, and AI vendors are subject to those providers’ terms. Outages or policy changes on those platforms may affect Voysera features.

6. Confidentiality & security

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care. You are responsible for configuring access roles and reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for high-risk decisions.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS (VOICE OR TEXT) MAY BE INACCURATE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYSERA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or non-payment. Sections that by nature should survive (including liability limits and IP) will survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written order form specifies otherwise.
